Process

In order to complete your radio show, you will need to do the following:

   1. Get in groups of 5.

   2. There are five topics that need to be included in your radio show.
Each member of the group will be responsible for researching and
presenting on one of the following topics:
               1. Fashion and Hollywood
               2. Music, including music from the Harlem Renaissance
               3. Literature, including literature from the Harlem
                   Renaissance
               4. Sports and Inventions
               5. Politics and Economics

   3. After you have decided who is covering each topic, begin investigating
your part. (HINT: It is a good idea to read the evaluation section of
this webquest at this point to know how the instructor will be
       grading you for this project.)

   4. After you have completed investigating your topic, decide as a group
the order that each person will present their topic in your radio show.

   5. As a group, type out the script of your radio show.
         - What is the sequence of your show?
         - What is going to be discussed?
         - How much time will you devote to each topic?
         - What will you use for transitions between each topic?
Advertisements? Music? Fun facts? Shout out to sponsors?
         - How will you conclude your show?

   6. Practice how you will present your show! You want high ratings so
       practice, practice, practice!

   7. It's show time! Come to class prepared to present your radio show in
either a video, audio, or in-class presentation.
