Conclusion

During the 1920's the radio was the force that drove people
together. Families sat around the radio at night to listen to music and
their favorite radio show. It was a source of entertainment for many. People
across the nation could now be connected in many ways and information
traveled at a much faster pace. You have now had the experience of being a
radio show host back in the 1920's. Thinking back on your broadcast, do you
think people would tune into your radio show? How was your radio show
different from shows you hear on the radio today?
In doing this group project you should have gained a greater sense of
the 1920's era and how life was for the people who lived back then. Many
things that took place during that time had great effects on the way we live
in today's day and age. Think about it, what would you do if the 1920’s had
never occurred? Our lives would just not be the same!
