Plant Expert

Your fellow campers will need to eat while they are in the 
Catskills. They want to live off the land instead of bringing groceries with 
them. What plants will be safe for them to eat? Research and create a recipe 
book of edible plants and ways to cook them. Be creative in how you want to 
create your Edible Plant Recipe Book. It will be added to your Survival 
Guide. Check the Evaluation page for the rubric.
