TeacherWeb has added a new option (default is on) to clean up your data to ensure your content is optimized for the web. When updating content, to disable this feature, uncheck the “Automatically clean input to optimize for the web.” option. If your content gets messed up, you can restore a previous version. Go to your update page and use the "working copy" drop-down to pick a good copy of your content, uncheck the Automatically clean input box, and enter your password. Your prior content will then be live on your site again. We apologize for issues they may cause. It has been added to help users that were getting various page issues from frequent copy/pasting. Every March, the country celebrates the accomplishments of women throughout our nation's history. Here is the history behind the history month: On March 19, 1911, a German woman named Klara Zetkin organized the very first International Women's Day. In America, interest in International Women's Day did not become popluar until the women's movement in 1960s. Women were wondering why they had been left out of the history books! In 1978, a California school district started Women's History Week to promote the teaching of women's history. It was so popular that in 1981, Congress passed a resolution making the week a celebration for the entire country!
