Task # 5 - Survival Reflection and Assessment. DO all of A and B.
A. Answer the following two reflection questions on a separate WORD document. Each answer must
be at least three complete sentences. Give your answer and explain why with details or examples.
1. Prior to completing this WEBQUEST, do you think you would have been prepared if you really had
found yourself in a survival situation?
2. After completing this much of the WEBQUEST, do you think you have acquired the knowledge
needed to survive in the wilderness through your research?
B. For this upcoming, final task, you will be making and taking a quiz to see if you are equipped with
the knowledge to end up A SURVIVOR if stranded in a wilderness setting. (One day will be for
making the quiz questions; the following day will be for taking the quiz.)
Directions:
1. Each survival group will generate three MULTIPLE CHOICE questions from the different areas the
group has researched.
2. Submit your questions (and correct answers) to the teacher. The top questions will be crafted into
the Ultimate Survival QUIZ, which you will take.
Complete the survival quiz. The results of this quiz, in addition to your performance on each of the
previous tasks, will determine whether or not you are the winning team,
eligible to try-out for the next T.V. SURVIVOR and win ONE MILLION DOLLARS!!!!
