The principal at your school has announced that four foreign exchange
students will be spending Christmas with four students in your class.
He will choose families to host a visitor from Mexico, Sweden, Italy,
and Germany.
You have been placed in a group with three of your classmates. Your
task is to convince the principal to choose your group to host the four
visitors. Student 1 will research Mexican Christmas tradtions.
Student 2 willl investigate a Swedish Christmas. Student 3 will study
Italian traditions and student 4 will examine German Christmas
customs.
Your group's job is to construct a book for each country that answers the
seven questions asked in the roles. Your book should have a page for
each question. Each page should have a written answer to the question
as well as pictures and/or drawings. Extra credit will be given if you can
bring examples of traditional foods, decorations, games, songs, and
clothing of that country.
Remember you are working to create the best group presentaion to the
principal. Please support and encourage other members in your group.
