Step 1: Get together with your three partners. Read each of the four
roles. Decide who is going to take role 1, role 2, role 3, and role 4. Tell
your teacher your choices.
Step 2: Print a copy of your role.
Step 3: Answer the seven questions for each role on the worksheet your
teacher gives you by using the internet websites and books listed for the
role. You may print any pages and pictures that will help you.
Step 4: Proofread and revise your answers as needed. Then type and
print your answers.
Step 5: Get materials for making a book from your teacher. Make a page
for each question arranging typed answers and pictures and/or
drawings. Make an attractive title page for your book.
Step 6: Practice with your group in giving an oral presentation of your
books.
Step 7: Ask friends and relatives for any examples of traditional foods,
clothing, games, songs and decorations that will make your
presentation better.
