Why do we study Judicial Review?
1. The system of checks and balances
is the regulatory device in limiting the powers of each branch of the
federal government.

a. Is Judicial Review a way to check the
power of the Judicial branch, while upholding the
principles outlined in the United States Constitution?
b. Do you believe that by establishing the principle of Judicial Review,
the Supreme Court secured for itself the role
of chief interpreter? Why or why not?
