You need to work with your group of four. Each person will work on this
webquest from a different perspective.
One person will explore tobacco use in the role of a young person who needs
to decide to use tobacco or not to use it. The second person will examine
tobacco use from a concerned parent's point of view. A third person will
explore the tobacco companies' perspective and the fourth person will
examine the health risks involved from a medical perspective.
Each group member will explore each of the sites provided and you may even
need or want to use your text book. You will then analyze your newfound
information and decide what you want to use for your group's final product.
All four of you will create the final product together.
Final task presentations may include bulletin board creations, a PowerPoint
or other similar media presentation, an elaborate skit or an oral
presentation with visuals.
All groups must also submit an information brochure that includes
information from all four role members.
