As you can imagine, we have many a mathematician to thank for the

mathematical concepts we now freely and repeatedly use in our everyday life.

Math surrounds us...it's everywhere and we constantly apply math principles

in routine tasks without even thinking about it. I hope this webquest opened

your eyes to some pretty influencial people in our mathematical history and

helped you to realize that math is more than just crunching numbers.
