When a composer wants to make a strong statement with music, he or she will usually call on the brass instruments to do the job! These sites will help you learn about the brass family. The public library will have books AND recordings that you can check out. Of course, once you decide what your favorite brass instrument is, you can always check iTunes and download some great music--with parent permission, of course! If you know someone who plays a brass instrument, maybe they'd let you give it a try!
