Activities #1

Numbers

You are going to explore numbers during activity #1. You will learn to
identify and name all numbers 1-5,orally count from 1 to 10 in correct order,
arrange all written numbers 1-5 in correct order and count objects to create
number sets 1-5 and match the correct number to each set set.

Using numbers in our lives.....

1. Help Mom count objects in the kitchen as she cooks.


2. Take your number flashcards outside and gather rocks to create and match
number sets to the flashcards.


3. Ask Dad to help you count all the dogs you see as you drive down the road
to see how long it takes to get to 10.


4. Count the plates, glasses, forks and napkins on the table. Identify the
correct number that matches each set using your flashcards.
