W. German delegate

News that the USSR is going to open the gates at the Berlin Wall has reached 
the United Nations.  There is mixed feelings among the leaders of the world 
because the USSR is one of the permanent members of the U.N.  You are the 
U.N. representative of W. Germany.  In a speech to the United Nations 
explain the significance of the fall of the Berlin Wall, the future 
intentions of W. Germany, and how this is going affect the
Democratic west and communism in Europe.
