We will need to work together to make cyberbullying obsolete. In order to
understand cyberbullying and figure out what we can do to prevent it, we are
going straight to the source: the Internet.
Your group will consist of four individuals assigned to the following roles:
1. Student-defines and provides examples of cyberbullying
2. Counselor-describes negative effects of cyberbullying and ways to
resolve the problem
3. Educator-discusses how parents and teachers can help prevent
cyberbullying
4. Policymaker-investigates and suggests ways to improve laws and policies
regarding cyberbullying
Your task is to research the Internet and provide information from your
role's perspective.
1. Notes will be typed in a Word document
After you have conducted your research, your group will create:
1. A PowerPoint presentation of your findings
2. A MovieMaker public service announcement intended to prevent
cyberbullying
3. A blog comprised of entries from each individual
