Your group will consist of four people:
1. Two people will be laborers and two will be employers.
2. You must choose a representative for both sides who will speak on your
behalf.
3. The employers do not want a strike, but do not want to pay higher wages,
decrease working hours, and/or clean up working conditions. Laborers want
all these terms met.
Your goal is to find a logical compromise between the two parties.
You will base your research upon the readings completed in class and websites
assigned to your role. Your completed project is to include the following
which is to be presented to the class:
1. Pro-union poster with brief description and anti-union poster with brief
description.
2. Meeting minutes.
3. Compromise contract.
4. Bibiography.
The side that wins (laborers or employers) will receive a prize!
