Congratulations! You have successfully completed the project about labor
unions. Hopefully you found it a bit challenging, especially the
negotiations part. The last step for you is to individually write a journal-
like entry about how you identified with your particular role. In other
words, if you were a laborer, how could you identify with your character over
one hundred years later? Be sure to include any new concepts that you
learned and to include anything that you may have learned about your opposing
side.
