Russia

     At the beginning of World War II, Stalin and Hitler had agreed on a 
nonaggression treaty that prevented either country from attacking the other. 
But, by the end of the war, Russia soldiers were fighting side by side with 
their Americans and British counterparts in an attempt to stop Hitler and the 
German army. For this role, you will use the links at the bottom of the page 
to answer the following questions. These questions will ask you to 
investigate why Russia entered the war and what were the results that 
followed.
