Georges Clemenceau

Georges Clemenceau

Georges Clemenceau comes to the conference as the representative of a war
weary France. Clemenceaus major goal is to see Germany considerably
weakened so that they can never again threaten France. France, however,
cannot stand alone against Germany. Clemenceau seeks the support of the
United States and Great Britain against Germany.

Will you seek the harshest terms possible against Germany? Will you risk
losing the support of the other Allies? Do you believe in the assurances
the Allies are making of their support of your country?

Use these web resources to help you determine your policy.
