The city council has decided to allocate funds for the development of a new
museum in Wilmington. They already know where the museum will be, who will
build it, and that it will be called The Wilmington Museum of Cultural
Wonders. The only thing that the council has not yet decided is which
culture will be featured in the museum. It will be a small building, so
there won't be room for many different exhibits and the museum across town
already exhibits local culture and art. For this reason the council would
like the main exhibit to showcase an ancient culture from somewhere far away
that will draw many visitors to the area and to the museum. They have
invited teams of historians from all over the world to submit proposals for
the feature exhibit of the new museum. You and your group are one of these
teams.
