School Package: Includes an Integrated School Site, domain name, administrative tools, and classroom sites for ALL teachers in the school. Annual price is based on the integrated school website fee plus the teacher license fee as listed above for ALL teachers in the school. (Receive 10% off first year with this package)
 
District Package: Includes an integrated district website, domain name, integrated school site(s), and teacher licenses for your teachers. Contact us for more information on district solutions. (Receive 15% off first year with this package)

Pricing Examples

  1. Teacher Sites only - Order 16 teacher sites
    16 x $37 = $592 Total
  2. School Package - Order for 27 teachers (all teachers in school) and 1 Integrated School Site
    $249 + (27 x $35) - 10% first year customer discount = $1,074.60 Total
  3. District Package - Order 1 district site, 6 school sites (all schools), and 325 teacher sites (all teachers)
    (7 x $249) + (325 x $28) - 15% first year customer discount = $9,216.55 Total

Fee structure for schools works as follows:

  1. Two Payment Options: There are two ways that a school can pay for its teachers, as described below: Credit Card or Purchase Order. (If the school doesn't use Purchase Orders, you can just request an invoice on the order form.)
  2. Purchase Order/Invoice: The school decides how many webs it wishes to pay for in advance, and is billed for that number, at the applicable rate from the chart above. The school then receives an Account Code that is entered into all authorized TeacherWeb sites, marking them as "paid by the school". Click here for the Order Form, which also includes the address and fax number to send the Purchase Order.
  3. Credit Card: The school's credit card is billed for the number of webs requested, at the rate specified in the chart above. * Please note on your order form you would like to use credit.
  4. Paying for Individual (10 or less) TeacherWeb sites by Check or Credit Card: Go to your web's Update Index Page, by clicking on the bottom divider line of any page of your own TeacherWeb site. Then click My Account and Pay by Credit Card. After entering the payment system, you will be able to make a payment.
